[Qt-interest] No libQtDesigner?

This may be a stupid question, but when I build Qt, I don't get
libQtDesigner.so.  I'm only left with libQtDesiger.prl.  Is there an
additional configure option to get this to build?

I'm assuming there should be a libQtDesigner.[so|lib] file, because Qwt is
explicitly trying to link to it ("-lQtDesigner") when I attempt to build it.
