[Qt-interest] Qt translations

Anyone here know of a Qt translation to Romanian? I need this for a project.

I took a look at the list of ts files in the Qt source dir in the latest 
SDK. There doesn't seem to be a template for new languages any more. The 
docs still claim they are there, though. The git repo doesn't have this 
either.
