[Qt-interest] Porting Forms from QT 3.3 to 4?

Hi,

I'm trying to add to a QT3.3 project that uses forms using QT4 and 
qtcreator.  It compiles okay until I mess with a form.  Then Designer 
converts the form, and it seems that the new forms don't work with the 
uic3 and without it the header and C++ files don't seem to generated.  I 
tried using qt3to4 and the forms are removed altogether.  What do I need 
to do?
