That's a list of timezones, coupled with proper QDateTime support for
timezones. Why do you need to choose whether DST is in effect or not?

I just need support for timezones :) As to support for DST or not, I
could see no non-system use for it myself...
Even outlooks multi-timezone view doesn't have the ability to set DST or
not, if there is a local aberration WRT DST (Arizona was a problem for a
while in Outlook) I just set the time zone to the correct one (Pacific
vs mountain to make sure the time was correct)
