about such things, even if they're only wondering

Summer Time/Daylight Savings Time?" or "When I set
the time and date in MyFancyApp(tm), did it account
for DST?"
Humans, being mistrustful of software/computers
(and often, with pretty good reason) tend to be
reassured by such information.
