[Qt-interest] VS integration and default.js

Using VS Integration 1.4.3 with Visual Studio 2005 and Qt 4.7.1.

Was working fine but yesterday I started having problems.

When I create a new Qt form and add it to my project I get a popup 
saying that there was an exception in default.js.  The form is added but 
when I tried to compile I get errors that it can't find ui_whatever.h. 
This file is usually created in the "Generated Files" folder but it is 
no longer there.

I've reinstalled VS Integration but no joy.  Any ideas?
