Build what?  If you mean the project, the idea of the VS Integration is 
that it handles MOC/QMake etc. in the background so you just build the 
project like any other c++ project.

At any rate, the problem seems to have been something mucked up in my 
Visual Studio configuration with regard to file extensions.  It was 
trying to compile the ui file directly.  Something I probably broke myself.
