[Qt-interest] QMenuBar menu doesn't show icon + text ?

Hi,
Is it possible to show icon + text in menu of menubar , or it's not 
allowed by design ?
In Qt designer I can set text (and that's visible),
if I set icon then only icon is visible, but not text, 
so it looks like only one of these is allowed.
Note: I'm talking about menu of menubar not about 
menu items  (they work as expected).
