I suppose "/Users/User/Desktop/multimedia/../qbase.pri" doesn't exist.
You cannot build multimedia without the rest of the Qt sources, i.e. multimedia must be in src/multimedia in a full Qt source tree + configured & built.
Just take the Qt sources and do a full build of everything, otherwise it will be an endless hassle to make it work.
