[Qt-interest] Error debugging (Unable to read symbols) on OS X

I'm building in debug mode... now I tried to debug the application in
terminal instead of QtCreator and I got theses errors in sqlite plugin when
I type run (after set some break points)

Reading symbols for shared libraries unable to open symbol file:
"/Developer/Applications/Qt/plugins/sqldrivers/libqsqlite.dylib.dSYM/Contents/Resources/DWARF/libqsqlite.dylib":
can't read symbols: No more archived files.
Segmentation fault

I'm using SQLite.
