[Qt-interest] Difference between commercial and open source release of Qt 4.7.4

It appears that the commercial release of Qt 4.7.4 (from Digia) has a
few bug fixes that are not in the open source release from
http://qt.nokia.com/downloads. http://qt.digia.com/474releasenotes
mentions the following changes that are not mentioned at
http://qt.gitorious.org/+qt-developers/qt/releases/blobs/v4.7.4/dist/changes-4.7.4

  ---------------
  QtNetwork
  ---------
  - QSslCertificate: blacklist fraudulent *.google.com
  ---------------
  Qt for Mac OS X
  ---------------
  - network
   * [QTBUG-20516] Fix linking of corewlan bearer plugin
  - other
   * Fix compilation failure in Carbon
  ---------------
  * Other
  - Load testability driver plugin if QT_LOAD_TESTABILITY is set
  ---------------

I find this a bit surprising. Aren't the commercial release and the open
source release of each Qt version supposed to be equivalent (except for
their license, of course)?

Kind regards, Niels
