[Qt-interest] Building Qt 4.6.x with Visual Studio 2010

Hi All is there any any way I can build Qt 4.6.4 either 32 or 64 bit with
Msvc 2010.

I tried configuring that first it gave me error there is no win32-msvc2010
platform supported then I copied this makespec from Qt 4.7 and copied in
4.6.x mkspec folder,

but it is giving me this error
_Creating qmake…
execute: File or path is not found (make)
execute: File or path is not found (make)
Cleaning qmake failed, return code -1_


I have no clue how the hell is this looking for "make"

any help please
