[Qt-interest] Cross-compiling Qt (linux -> windows)

Against Qt? Why blame a framework for compiler's slowness?

I use MSVC and it takes ~30 minutes to build Qt (it can be significantly
faster, but I use somewhat aggressive compiler and linker optimization
options, including time-consuming link-time optimization (link-time code
generation in MSVC terms)), so the problem is in neither Qt nor Windows.
