I *believe* that it is -- from comments elsewhere, possibly on the
mingw-w64 mailing list.  But I haven't done it myself.

I am planning to try this (that is try building a recent qt, e.g., 4.7.4,
with a recent 64-bit mingw-w64, e.g., 4.7.0) myself soon.  If I do, I'll
let you know how it goes.  In the meantime, if you try it, I'd like to
hear how it works out.

And if anyone else know the answer, please chime in...
