[Qt-interest] wonky tablet support on Windows 7? : Qt 4.7.1

Looks like when using a Wacom mouse in "mouse mode" it's failing. In Pen 
mode, it works. A little research indicates that Qt doesn't support it 
in "mouse mode". This seems to be a known problem. Is there a patch for 
this?
