Hi All,
I have an interest in having a Qt Docs workshop in the next Qt
Summit. I summed my thoughts about it on the wiki planning page for
the summit. I would love to hear more feedback about that and ideas
from other interested people. I saw on the Qt on Pi acceptance list
that there are quite some who are interested in that as well.
Feel free to join this thread. The natural stuff that came to mind
are: testing docs, introducing prospective contributors to the
process, writing new tutorials, improving existing ones, Qt5
documentation process (I understood in my exploration it is different
that previous versions), supporting qt < 5 documentation and extending
examples, promoting Qt docs contribution as an easy entry to become qt
contributor.
More are welcome to be added at the wiki page (
http://wiki.qt-project.org/Events/Qt_Contributors_Summit#Workshops ) .
Perhaps we need a separate page for Workshops planning? Quim suggested
so far to add everything on that main page so I did so, Feel free to
split / organize and add more content.
Thanks!
