[Qt-interest] how difficult to create an iPad version of QTapplication?

Anyway it comes down to this. As of the presentation's writing, the free iOS support is vecerly lacking. If you want something that works (as it should) You'll need Ian's commercial stuff. Check out his feed on twitter (yeah, almost as bad as facebook) but it has links to the packages. The twitter name is Qt4iOS.
