Hi,
Thanks for the patch, however there are some formalities that prevent me
from merging it based on the proposal made on this mailing list.
In the public repository,
http://qt.gitorious.org/qt-jambi
there is a system for submitting patches to Qt Jambi. We require anyone
with a proposed patch to use this system, because there are certain
legal agreements that have to be instated before the patch can be
integrated.
Please also test the patch before submitting it. We will test the patch
before accepting it, of course, but since we do not know the problem it
is addressing as well as you, we might not be able to test it as
thoroughly as you would. Also, we are not permitted to make any changes
to your patch, so if we find something wrong with it, it will be
rejected and will have to be resubmitted with the problems addressed.
Therefore, it will save you time if you make an effort to make sure the
patch is clean.
Thanks again for your pending contribution :-)
