[Qt-jambi-interest] Porting QTestLib to Jambi?

Hello All,

I have been working on a Jambi application for some time now.
Unfortunately I have been unable to write functional tests for it
because there is no QTestLib for Jambi.

I was able to dig up a mail [1] from this list; it clearly mentions
that there is no plan to port QTestLib to QtJambi.

A couple of questions
1. This mail is sent from a year back. Has there been any change in plans?
2. If no, I would be willing to port QTestLib over. What would be the
kind of effort involved in doing this? I am assuming that I'd have to
go over JNI and access the QTestLib API's  ( written in C++ ) and then
implement the API's as outlined in [2]
