It's hard to know what is going wrong without any more information.

Did you do anything different before the bug started occurring? The file 
hs_err_pid6903.log might also contain some clues.

If Eclipse refuses to start you could try:

1. Deleting the Qt Jambi integration, starting Eclipse and then 
reinstalling it afterwards.
2. Deleting the workspace settings of Eclipse. Note that this means you 
will lose any settings you have, but it should also reset your workspace 
to a state where the bug does not occur.
