Not sure about this, haven't tried to compile on the 64bit system
yet. Maybe you could upload the binaries on soureforge to share
it with other ones when you succeded?

I ran into this problem myself when building QtJambi, however
the Trolltech guys have made a good job at warning us, didn't they :).

Just install the chrpath package on your system and rebuid jambi,
then you should be fine.

Guess you need to put it in the CLASSPATH variable though...
