The documentation for the Component element is here: 
http://doc.qt.nokia.com/4.7-snapshot/qml-component.html

But you are also correct in that the documentation is not yet complete. That 
page should gain documentation of all the methods on Component at some point 
before the initial release of Qt Declarative.
