[Qt-qml] packaging info provided by the declarative module

Hi,

I'm wondering if on certain platforms it would make sense to provide extra 
information in the packaging of, say, the declarative module or qmlviewer. 
Currently I don't see any way of checking for a particular version of QtQuick, 
i.e. I have to know what version is supported by a certain Qt build. Long 
story short, I guess I want to ask whether a 

Provides: qtquick10

or sorts would make sense on Linux (or if it is already provided with newer 
versions).
