[Qt-qml] Why doesn't PathView inherit from Flickable?

ListView and GridView both do. And PathView provides Flickable-like functionality.

I'd really like to be able to bind the smooth property to whether or not the flickable is moving. This would be a nice easy performance optimization to speed up movement while making things look pretty when stationary.
