[Qt-qml] Status of QML on S60 Phones

"QML packages for s60" is a subset of "Qt 4.7 packages for s60" (since the QtDeclarative module, and the qml runtime is part of Qt 4.7).

My understanding is that the Qt s60 team is currently still very focused on Qt 4.6, so unless someone else builds a signed package, I'm afraid we're out of luck for now.

(and, yes, we'll have something to say shortly on QML for Qt 4.6.3 - it's still in discussions)
