[Qt-qml] Not for Qt 4.6 series.

We have decided that because of the longer-term maintenance cost it would imply, we will not be supporting QML in the Qt 4.6 series.

Sorry for the uncertainty caused by the time it took for this decision to be made.

So now we can all focus on Qt 4.7 - that is the start of time for Qt Quick (QML, the QtDeclarative module, and the support in Qt Creator).
