[Qt-qml] Qml Components Icon in Qt Creator Design tool is '?' - how to change

To see the issue, open Qt Creator 2.0.94 -> Explore Qt Quick Examples -> QML
UI Components -> Dial, highlight dialcontrol.qml, Select Design mode in left
column. Library -> Items panel shows Dial as a QML Component, but the Icon
is a '?'. How can I set this Icon? I'd like to build a library of qml
components and I'd like the icons to look appropriate.
