[Qt-qml] application lifecycle support in QML?

Hi,

Quick question for the Qt-qml mailing list regarding application lifecycle support in QML. Are there any plans to have a application lifecycle support in QML or is there an available QML element API for lifecycle.  I'm interested in such concepts as "Prestarting", "Lazy Shutdown", "Saving State", "Releasing Memory", "Quick Launch", etc.
