[Qt-qml] Merging V8 into qtdeclarative.git#master

Hi,

  It is great that the port of qml is ready to go to master. Congratulation :-)

  From my side I can repeat what was told by Lars during keynote presentation on the Qt Contributors Summit. QtScript will be an Add-on module and smaller, replacement API would be created.

The plan is still to reenable this feature, it's only a matter of timing.  Until either the QtScript API is migrated to V8 (there  has been some great progress on this already!) or a replacement API is written, we can't implement the required plumbing in QML.
