hi Margie,
on Linux qt linguist is called "linguist" and is located
inside the QT Creator folder in the bin subfolder.
to start it simply locate the binary icon and double clic on it.
(note that if install was correct you should have it in your ubuntu
application menu in the programming submenu)
you are not going to find a specific installer as it should come with qt
creator install
I assume you have to use the version 1.3.1 of Qt Creator.
the last QtSDK installer you may download from Nokia QT web site hold
a more recent version and that sdk also comes with an updater tool that
grants to update the SDK and to add or remove packages.
