QML Components are written in QML so they should be crossplatform, the
problem is that they're not integrated in QtCreator at the moment.
Only Harmattan project has them. If you want to target other platforms
you have to choose a generic QtQuick project and it doesn't have QML
Components available,

this does not answer my question: I will be able to add other
platforms in the future if I create an Harmattan project now in
QtCreator?
