[Qt-qml] Workaround to access ListView's headerItem and footerItem

Hiya,

The notes for QtQuick 2.0 mention that the headerItem and footerItem
properties have been added to ListView and GridView. I'm trying to access
headerItem and footerItem right now (working with 4.7.4 and QtQuick 1.1).
Is there a work around to get these items even if it's in a messy fashion?
I've spent a bunch of time searching and haven't really gotten anywhere...
I'd appreciate any advice.
