[Qt-wince-interest] Qt 4.6.0 support on Windows Mobile 6.5

Hi,

not fully supported means not officially supported and tested. We are 
aware of some minor issues with gestures for example.
Windows Mobile 6.5 was a little bit to late for Qt 4.6 to officially 
support it (including extensive testing).
If you find any bugs of Qt 4.6 in regard to Windows Mobile 6.5 please 
report them.
