You could squeeze out some space by using the qtconfig tool to strip 
unwanted features out of Qt. See this page for more information:

But you're using WebKit. WebKit is big. Can't change that.

I'm pretty sure that there's a document describing the terms and 
conditions for publishing applications on the market place website...
