Why can't you build QtWebKit in debug mode? This should be possible.
You can also build the release DLLs with debug information. Here's a
very short description how to do this:

This 32 MB limit shouldn't be that problematic anymore since Windows
mobile >= 6.1 loads user DLLs in the large memory area.
