[Qt4-preview-feedback] Qt 4.5.0-rc Gstreamer not detected properly on Linux

Trying to compile Qt-4.5.0-rc on two different Linux hosts where 
Gstreamer headers are installed in a non-standard location (OpenSUSE and 
Ark). I have gstreamer*-devel package installed. Source files are at 
/usr/include/gstreamer-* and there are pkg-config files at 
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/gstreamer*.pc, however configure does not use 
pkg-config to detect the location.
