[Qt4-preview-feedback] QTabWidget rotation support?

Hi QT dev herd,
my previous wish for adding the possibility to setTabPosition( 
QTabWidget::West ) and getting text rendered horizontal has just grown 
bigger - although this already would be a great enhancement applicable 
to many use cases, using diagrams and charts a lot a thing you often 
see is actually *tilted* table headers.. Of course it would be 
terrible cool if QTabWidgets would support arbitrary rotations in 4.6 
- not easy to theme but i bet you can come up with something nifty ;)
