[Qt4-preview-feedback] QFileOpenDialog::getOpenFileName

In Qt 4.5.0-rc1, the second call to QFileOpenDialog::getOpenFileName in my
application leaves the open and cancel buttons unbound, giving me no way to
get rid of the dialog.
