[Qt4-preview-feedback] Mac: UnifiedTitleAndToolBar looks different on carbon and cocoa

Hi,
when using unified title and toolbar on mac together with a tabbar in  
document mode underneath, the result looks different when switching  
between carbon and cocoa. Cocoa shows a line between tabbar and  
toolbar. Carbon does it right when you take Safari as reference. See  
attached screenshots.
