[Qt4-preview-feedback] Serious Qt 4.5 QFileDialog bugs on Mac

I'll echo the recent concern with QFileDialog::getSaveFileName() using  
Qt-4.5-rc1. It does not return the correct directory path. I'm using  
the binary (Carbon) installer.

Also, QFileDialog::getOpenFileName() does not remember the previously- 
used directory between launches. This particular bug occurred in  
Qt-4.3, and was fixed in Qt-4.4. So it's a regression from Qt-4.4. (I  
filed a bug on the old versions in 2008 - Issue N180357).

I hope these Mac bugs can be fixed. Right now, I can't use Qt-4.5  
because QFileDialog is really broken.
