[Qt4-preview-feedback] Error when compiling assistant.exe

Earlier I retracted a note that the build for 4.5.0 rc1 resulted in the
contents and index tabs not working for application.exe.  I did this
thinking that I made a mistake when doing the build.

However, I tried again and came across the same error.  

Build - msvc-2008 express on XP Pro SP3.

Version - BOTH 4.5.0 rc1 and the last snapshot for version 4.4.4

Configuration - no options specified for build i.e., all defaults per the
make logic

Symptoms:

*         Contents and index tabs in assistant are not populated and the
search function does not work 

*         Some of the descriptions for specific demo applications in qtdemo
are missing
