[Qt4-preview-feedback] VS2005 Integration SNAFU

I installed  qt-win-commercial-4.5.0-rc1-vs2005.exe<http://dist.trolltech.com/kcasper2/qt/4.5/rc1/qt-win-commercial-4.5.0-rc1-vs2005.exe>on
my Vista SP1 VM and at first I thought everything was OK.  I did
notice
that QtDesigner crashes on launch for me, and I reported that here.

But now it seems like this install was not right.  I had a prior install of
Qt 4.3.2 w/VS2005 on the same machine, and it appears as if the 4.5.0
install does not coexist well with that.  I found that my new VC projects,
and possibly the VC projects I created from .pro file in the examples/
directory were in fact compiling and linking against my old Qt 4.3.2
install.

Next, I uninstalled all Qt packages and re-installed 4.5.0-rc1 and I do not
see any evidence of any VS integration in VS2005.  That is, when I launch VS
from the "Visual Studio with Qt 4.5.0-rc1" link installed by Qt, I see no Qt
menus, no Qt options, no Qt project, no evidence of any Qt/VS integration.

What am I missing here?



PS: QtDesigner is still crashing on launch.
