[Qt4-preview-feedback] Qdialog background images on Mac

It appears that background-image is broken for QDialog windows on Mac. It
can be set for the 1st frame within a dialog, but not for the dialog itself.
I tested the same code on Windows and it worked fine (also works in 4.4).

Has anyone else run into this or is it something unique to my dialog boxes?
