[Qt4-preview-feedback] Support for strip in macdeployqt and svg plugin deployment bug fix

Hello,
Here is a patch that adds an optional -strip option to macdeployqt for
stripping local symbols in Qt frameworks and plugins.
Also, it fixes a bug that would prevent svg plugins to be deployed
because QtSVG.framework was written with VG in capital instead of
QtSvg.framework.
The patch can be applied on Qt 4.5 snapshot 20090224.

If you don't apply the strip part, please at least fix QtSVG.framework
-> QtSvg.framework
