[Qt4-preview-feedback] Cannot change QSpinBox background Windows Xp

OS:  Windows XP Sp2
Compiler: 

Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
Version 8.0.50727.762  (SP.050727-7600)
Microsoft .NET Framework
Version 2.0.50727 SP2

This window was created in the Qt Designer supplied with the original
4.5.0.   


1. Using style sheets it is impossible to change the background color
via code. As in:

spinBox->setStyleSheet(InterfaceConfig()->GetSpinBoxColor());

2. It is not possible to change the background color from the Qt
Designer supplied with 4.5-rc1

3. This works in both code and designer in the original designer for
4.5.0 and 4.4.3
