[Qt4-preview-feedback] Text rendering still defective in OS X Cocoa

Although text rendering is much improved over earlier versions, spacing is
still incorrect or missing in some places.
For example, in Assistant compiled with Cocoa, look up QTreeWidget class
reference for the string ``Before items can be added to the tree widget, the
number of columns must be set with setColumnCount().'' There is no visible
space between ``with'' and "setColumnCount''. The space is actually there,
as indicated by copying and pasting into a text editor, and Qt compiled for
Carbon renders the string correctly.

I updated a screenshot of the window. Look at the highlighted text just
below the gray box.
