[Qt4-preview-feedback] qt-vs-addin-1.0.0-beta.exe doesn't work

Visual Studio integration doesn't work.
I installed Qt 4.5.0 SDK and Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition SP1. After that I tried to install Visual Studio integration (qt-vs-addin-1.0.0-beta.exe). It showed me message "No installed Qt package has been detected". It was impossible to install integration to VS 2008 (I couldn't select it because corresponding checkboxes were disabled).
I built Qt 4.5.0 sources by Visual C++ 2008 build utils (configure + nmake). It was built successfully. I setted QTDIR, QTMAKESPEC environment variables and add path to %PATH% variable. But qt-vs-addin-1.0.0-beta.exe still doesn't detect installed Qt and doesn't provide a possibility to install integration to VS 2008.
I saw similar feedback, but I can't install VS integration at all. I was suprised when I saw that similar bug had been rejected with conclusion: "Not a bug" (http://www.qtsoftware.com/developer/task-tracker/index_html?method=entry&id=247177). Is it normal that qt-vs-addin-1.0.0-beta.exe doesn't work?
