[Qt4-preview-feedback] Status of QtCreator and MSVC Compiler/Debugger?

Hi,
I tried to compile a current QtCreator Snapshot with Qt 4.5.0 but even 
after the compilation finished fine it complained about not finding 
something of QString in QtCore.dll (the error message that usually 
appears when using the wrong version of a dll) so I have to ask the list.

Is it now possible to use QtCreator with the Visual Studio compiler and, 
espcially, the debugger?
