[Qt5-feedback] QMimeType in Qt5

determining a mime type by the file or content could be useful for
drag-n-drop, clipboard copy/paste actions, etc.
also QtCreator could use it as-is in the future. guess, it's a good idea to
introduce QMimeType in Qt5...
