If we really have faith in the switch to QML as a core technology in Qt 5,
then I think we should upgrade the examples and demos (that aren't just
demonstrating widgets) to use QML.
We're about to suggest that everyone using those functionalities use QML for
their UI. We need to be able to prove to ourselves that it is both feasible
and advantageous.
This is what we're already doing with the QML examples (porting from Qt 4.7's
QtQuick 1 to Qt 5's QtQuick 2).
